1. Digital delivery only
Every product sold on this website is a digital download — a bundle of PDF documents. Nothing physical is produced or shipped, no courier is involved, and no delivery address is collected. There are no shipping fees, customs duties, or import charges on any order.
2. How your files reach you
- You place an order at checkout using the email address where you want your files delivered;
- Your order is confirmed once payment is completed;
- Download links for your PDF files are then sent to your checkout email address.
Delivery emails are typically sent shortly after payment confirmation and in all cases within 24 hours. If 24 hours pass without a delivery email, treat the order as undelivered and contact us — undelivered orders are fully covered by the Refund Policy.
3. If the email does not arrive
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder for an email from adsmanagementllc.com;
- Confirm you are checking the same inbox you entered at checkout;
- Contact hello@adsmanagementllc.com from that address with your order number, and we will locate the order and re-send your files.
4. Re-downloads
Save your files when you receive them — they are yours to keep. If you lose them or a link stops working, contact us with your order number and we will re-send your download at no charge.
5. Wrong email address at checkout
If you realize you entered the wrong email address, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. For security, we may ask you to verify details from the order before redirecting delivery.
